Sovereign cake
Required:
1 light biscuit base
1 dark biscuit base
100 g strawberries
2 plates of white gelatin
1/2-3/4 liter double cream
50 g sugar
16 glazed cherries
2 tbsp. l. planed chocolate
1 tsp. powdered sugar
4 Art. l. roasted almond flakes
Preparation:
Both cut across the base. Strawberries rubbed through a sieve, soak the gelatin in cold water. Cream and sugar in a steep vzobit foam, one-third of whipped cream mixed with worn-strawberry. The swollen gelatin overcome, in a water bath to dissolve in a small amount of hot water and mixed with whipped cream into strawberry. The light layer cake, spread butter on pure whipped cream, cover with a dark layer and spread with whipped cream with strawberries. In the same way and do the other two layers of sponge cake. The top and sides of cake with whipped cream grease clean. Of the remaining whipped cream on top to release in the form of curb 16 roses. Each glazed cherries to decorate.
