Fruit salad - vegetable

Products for Fruit Salad - Vegetable: 1 brush of dark grapes, 3 - 4 mandarin, 2 apples, 5 - 6 leaves of lettuce, 200 g of cooked celery root, 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, 3 tablespoons of crushed almonds for the filling - 100 g cream, 50 g mayonnaise, 1,5 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, sugar, salt. 

To prepare salad, fruit - vegetable brush the apples and cut into thin slices, sprinkle apples with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Celery salad chops into cubes. Mandarins salad clean, divide into slices and cut in half dolki. Grape salad wash, separate from the twigs and berries, cut berries in half, remove seeds. Prepared salad Combine ingredients, add nuts and mix. 

To prepare the filling Combine sour cream with mayonnaise, chili sauce, remaining lemon juice, salt and sugar, mix well. Drizzle with dressing cooked fruit - vegetable salad and put it on 15 - 20 minutes in the refrigerator. 

Lettuce wash shake, lettuce leaves, lay flat on a platter or salad bowl. At the leaves put cooked and chilled salad and serve salad at the table.
