Cream of Carrot

Today we present this new option for people who are dieting or favor a vegetarian menu. 

For 2-3 people. 

Ingredients: 

2 large carrots 
1 onion 
1 / 2 leek 
3 medium potatoes 
Splash of milk or cream (to taste) (Soya, or optional) 
Sal 
Pepper (optional) 

Preparation: 

It makes a sauce with vegetables all heading into chunks (need not be small if done quick pot). 

Then cover with water and pour salt. Cooking time depends on the pot you use. 

When ready, pass the vegetables with the mixer. It takes a dash of milk or cream (to taste). And served with pepper (optional). 

Changes.... you can change the carrot zucchini, broccoli, and squash ... what have you. The rest is the same.
