Salad greens with shrimp

Products for salad greens with shrimp: 200 g raw peeled shrimp, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt, pepper, 1 bunch radishes, 150 grams of red leaf lettuce (Lolo - Russia), 100 g of dandelion, 50 sorrel, 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 100 g of fresh cream. 

To prepare the salad greens with shrimp oblate hot water and blot. Tablespoons of oil to heat the pan, fry shrimp in it with strong heating within 1 - 2 minutes. Remove shrimp to a plate, drizzle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. 

Radish salad wash, clean, chop salad radishes with thin circles. Salad Lolo, dandelion and sorrel, wash, clean, shake the water and cut pieces. In separate sorrel stems and coarse chop. 

Combine and mix the salad wine vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, mustard and remaining oil. Salad, greens and radishes drizzle pouring from above, place the shrimp on each shrimp, and place a spoonful of fresh cream.
