Potato soup with cheese

Products for potato soup with cheese: 2 liters water 4 potatoes, 1 cup shredded cheese, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons butter, 3 egg yolks, pepper, lemon juice, salt, herbs. 

To prepare potato soup with cheese meal spasseruyte on oil, dilute with hot water and bring to a boil. Then add chopped potatoes on a grater, salt and pepper and cook until cooked potatoes. Then in soup grated cheese, egg yolks and lemon juice. 

When applying to the table, sprinkle with finely chopped greens soup.
