Cream of kiwi

Products for the cream of Kiwi: 7 kiwifruit, 200 g sugar, 200 g of powdered sugar, 500 ml cream 30% - fat, 3 tablespoons of chocolate. 

To prepare the cream of the kiwi fruit kiwi fruit wash, clean, chop the flesh into cubes and pour 250 ml of boiled water. By kiwi add sugar, mix everything and cook on low heat with stirring for 15 - 20 minutes. Compounding rub through a sieve and leave in a cool place for 2 - 3 hours. When applying to the table cream sprinkle with grated chocolate.
