Cabbage soup with white beans

Products soup with white beans: 30 g butter, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 stalk celery, 2 cloves of garlic, 250 g smoked ham, 1 potato, 1 liter of chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of the mixture of dried herbs, 225 g of cabbage, 225 g cooked beans, black pepper, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. 

To prepare the soup with white beans, all the vegetables clean and cut. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté it with the lid onions, carrots, celery and garlic on a moderate heat for 10 minutes. Add the fire, put in a pot chopped ham. Fry the ham with vegetables, stirring occasionally. Add the potatoes in a saucepan and dried herbs, pour in broth and bring to a boil. Turn down the flame, cover the pan and cook soup on low heat for 15 minutes, then add cabbage and beans. Cabbage soup pepper, cover with lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
