Winter Soup : Pear soup with cinnamon

Clean up and cut the pears in half and take out the 5 core with seeds. We place pear slices in brown sugar and fry in a pan in a small amount of butter for 2 minutes prior to the acquisition of brown. Pours into the pot 1 liter of apple juice and add 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon. We would like to boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Served in hot form. If you'd like to submit, along with ice cream.
