Tasty Pumpkin Pie

This cake is ideal to do when you feel like Algonquin happening in your diet plan. Serves 6 

Ingredients: 

1 kg pumpkin, chopped fine 
300 g of fresh cheese 
4 eggs 
50 g of grated cheese 
1 cup double cream 
nutmeg 
salt. 

To serve: 
mashed beans 

Preparation: 

Undo good fresh cheese and mix with the pumpkin and add the cream. 
Beat the egg yolks and add the grated cheese. Includes pumpkin mixture to mix well. 

Season and add a pinch of nutmeg. 
Monte whites until stiff and mix with remaining dough. Put everything in a nonstick pan and put it in the oven water bath for 45 minutes at 180 º. 
Accompanies this cake with a puree of beans.
