Souffle with Bananas


Products souffle with bananas: 500 g sour cream, 0.5 cups of sugar, 20 g gelatin, 2 bananas, 4 dry biscuits, lemon juice half a lemon. 

To prepare the souffle with bananas soaked gelatine and dissolve in a water bath. 

For the souffle cream whisk the sugar, gradually pour in gelatin and lemon juice. In souffle, add sliced bananas and lay out a form, oiled. On top of souffle sprinkle the grated biscuits and place in refrigerator for a souffle pour. 

When the souffle harden, tip the souffle into the dish and garnish top or mandarin orange slices and sprinkle with coconut. 

Souffle turns out very tender and tasty.
