Souffle milk with berries

Products for milk souffle with berries: 300 g berries (such as raspberry, strawberry or black currant), 9 egg whites, 1.5 cups milk, 6 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. 

To prepare the souffle dairy wipe the berries through a sieve, pour the hot milk, add sugar and cook on low heat until thick. 

Beat for a souffle chilled egg whites into a thick froth, and gradually, in small portions, add them hot berry sauce, stirring gently from top to bottom. 

Put a lot for the souffle slide into a greased form and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. 

Souffle sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve at the table (it can not be stored, it quickly falls off and becomes thick).
