Salads of greens with shrimp

Products for salad greens with shrimp: 200 g peeled raw large shrimp, 4 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt, pepper, 1 bunch radishes, 150 grams of red leaf lettuce, 100 g of dandelion, 50 g of sorrel, 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 100 ml of fresh cream. 

To prepare the salad greens with shrimp shrimp obleyte hot water and blot dry. 1 tablespoon of oil to heat the pan, fry it for salad shrimp with strong heating for about 1 - 2 minutes. For the salad can apply a light white wine.
