Borscht with mackerel fish

Products for borscht with mackerel fish: 400 g bonito, 4 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 beet, 1 onion, 3 tablespoons of tomato - puree, cream, salt, green onion, 50 ml of vegetable oil. 

To prepare fish borsch with mackerel to cut. From the head and bones prepare for borsch soup, strain the broth. Raw carrots and grate the beets on a large grater and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Onions for borscht chopped and also fry with tomato - puree. Fillet fish, fried vegetables and cut into small bars omit the potatoes into boiling broth and cook soup until cooked. 

When serving borscht at the table in each plate, place a piece of boiled mackerel, green onions and sour cream.
