Winter Soup : Tomato soup with rice

Cut a large onion and flush in the pan in a small amount of olive oil. Add 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 1 jar of canned crushed tomatoes and the same amount of water. Seasoned with herbs oregano, salt, black pepper and chili pepper to taste. We would like to boil and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Add a third cup of rice and cook another 15 minutes. Before serving at the table add grated Parmesan and a little olive oil.
