Creamed Leeks with Asparagus

Today we present this tasty recipe, Creamed Leeks with Asparagus. 

Ingredients: 

1 kg of leeks 
3 potatoes 
Water 
Salt 
24 green asparagus 
Olive oil 
12 slices bread 

Preparation: 

Clean the leeks well. Put water to boil and add the chopped leeks with potatoes, peeled and chopped, salt and a drizzle of olive oil if virgin, best-and let it cook for 30 minutes.
