Carrot salad with nettles and garlic

Products for salad: 5 pieces of carrots, 4 tablespoons chopped nettles, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions 2 boiled eggs, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt. 

To prepare the salad raw carrots grate on a coarse grater, mix with chopped nettle leaves, garlic, walnuts, add the lemon juice, salt. Fill lettuce with mayonnaise, sprinkle with green onions, garnish with boiled eggs.
