Cabbage soup with apples

Ingredients: 100 g white cabbage, 2 potatoes, 1 small carrot and a similar piece of celery, 1 / 2 onion, a piece of turnip or rutabaga, a few leaves of parsley, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 / 2 tomatoes or 1 tablespoon of tomato juice 1 / 2 apples, 400 g of water, salt to taste. 

To prepare soup potatoes, celery, turnip or swede be cleaned, cut into cubes, put in a pot of boiling water. Chopped onion and sliced thin circles carrots simmered with vegetable oil and a little water, put sliced tomatoes or tomato juice, bring to a boil and add to vegetables. 

Wash the cabbage, cut into small squares, put in a pot with vegetables and cook until done. In the finished soup add chopped raw julienned apples, pour the solution of salt and boil. Applying the table soup with apples, place in bowl cream and finely shredded parsley.
