Fish meatballs with herbs

Products for fish meatballs with herbs: 1 lemon, 400 g fish fillet (rockfish, cod, salmon), 2 cloves garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, 50 grams of mixed herbs (onion - chive, sage, rosemary, thyme), 1 egg, 50 g breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, flour. 

To prepare the fish meatballs with green fish wash, dry out and cut into pieces. Squeeze of lemon juice. Fish grind with blender, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Crush garlic and add the fish. Greenery for meatballs wash, dry out and chopped. In fish, add greens, egg, bread crumbs, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Wet hands from stuffing GOALS meatballs, roll them in flour. 

In pan, warm the oil, fry meatballs over medium heat on all sides for 3 - 4 minutes. Then close the lid meatballs and fry another 5 - 6 minutes. 

To the table ready to serve meatballs with boiled potatoes, fresh vegetables and herbs.
