Salads from prunes

Products salad prunes: 600 g prunes, 2 cups shelled walnuts, 100 ml of sour cream or mayonnaise, 3 teaspoons of sugar. 

To prepare salad prune prunes wash, cover with cold boiled water at night. When the prunes soften, remove the seeds, berries salad dry out a napkin. 

Walnuts interpret in a mortar so as to obtain a homogeneous oily mass. Stuff the compounding each fruit prunes. Prunes and nuts put in a bowl heaped with sour cream and pour over sugar. You fill salad with mayonnaise.
