Winter Soup : Chicken Soup in Asian style

Washes and dries a large handful of basil, cilantro, parsley and mint. Finely chop a small hot pepper. Spread greens and pepper on a la carte dishes. We would like chicken broth to a boil, add to it unpeeled ginger root, thinly sliced, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Must bear in mind that if ginger will cook too long, the soup becomes too spicy. Before serving at the table can be added to the broth a few drops of sesame oil. 
To prepare the chicken broth in a saucepan put 800 g chicken, cut into parts, an addition of 2 peeled carrots, cut an onion, parsley root and celery (with leaves can be). Fill with water, bring to a boil and cook for 1 hour on low heat. Seasoned salt to taste and filter. In such a stock does not need to add MSG.
