OMELETTE WITH MEAT in Arabic

Ingredients: 
- Pulp 300 g beef, 
- Eggs 5 pcs., 
- Green onions 50 g 
- Wheat flour 15 g, 
- Butter 15 g 
- Fresh milk 150 g, 
- Salt to taste. 
Preparation: 
Beef to miss 2 times through a meat grinder with frequent bars. 
Beat eggs well, add finely chopped onion, salt, flour, milk and combine with minced meat. 
The resulting mass fry until soft in hot skillet with butter and bake in oven until ready.
