A cake with pine nuts

Ingredients: 
For the dough: 
200 g flour 
0.75 cup vegetable oil 
1 egg 
pinch of salt 
For the filling: 
150 g pine nuts 
1 tbsp. l. apricot jam 
50 g of honey cream: 
50 g butter 
50 g ground almonds 
50 g of light honey 
1 egg 
1 yolk 
2 tbsp. l. Roma 
100 ml milk 
Preparation: 
Sift flour with salt, add butter and egg, knead dough is homogeneous. Knead the dough into a ball, wrap in foil and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
