Beef with Tomatoes and Eggs

For the recipe you need: 

- Beef (thick edge) - 100g 
- Tomato - 4 pcs. 
- Egg - 4 pcs. 
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp 
- Marinade - 1 / 2 cup 
- Water - 1 / 2 cup 
- Sugar - 3 tbsp 
- Salt - to taste. 
 

Cut beef into cubes and pour in marinade. Eggs, salt, whisk and fry on the part of the oil. 

Tomatoes, peel, cut into slices, lightly fry in remaining oil. Then pour the water, sprinkle with sugar, simmer 5 minutes. Add beef, simmer all together until cooked meat. At the end of cooking, place the eggs and mix. 

Serve hot, filling out greens.
