Beef with Vegetables

For the recipe you need: 
- Pumpkin seeds - 1 tsp 
- Beef (sirloin) - 150g 
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp 
- Green beans - 100g 
- Green onions (stems) - 1 pc. 
- Carrots - 2 pcs. 
- Onion - 1 pc. 
- Garlic - 1 clove 
- Rosemary - 1 / 2 tsp 
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp 
- Honey - 1 tsp 
- Salt, black pepper (ground) - to taste. 
 
Sunflower seeds roasted in a wok (or pan), without adding fat. Put. Meat in slices. In 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to fry meat and lay out. Beans, green onions and carrots Wash, peel and finely chop. Onions and garlic clean, chop and fry in remaining oil. Rosemary, along with chopped vegetables and add to the wok, fry 10 minutes. Add slices of fillet and pumpkin seeds and fry for 2 minutes. Vinegar mixed with honey, salt and black pepper, pour into wok and stir. Once again, add salt and pepper.
