Tasty BEEF WITH SPICES 


Very tasty way progotovleniya beef. Spices perfectly suited to meat. If you want beef you can substitute lamb. 
Products: 

For 4 servings: 
300 ml oil 
3 onions, chopped, 
2.5 cm ginger root, chopped, 
4 cloves garlic, chopped, 
2 cinnamon sticks, 
3 whole green cardamom pods, 
3 cloves 
4 peas, black pepper, 
6 dried green chilies, finely chopped, 
150 ml yogurt, 
450 g of beef, with bone or without, cut into cubes, 
3 green chilies, chopped finely, 
600 ml of water, 
fresh coriander. 
Instructions: 

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions, stirring, until golden brown. 

Reduce flame, add ginger, garlic, cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper and red chillies, fry 5 minutes. 

In bowl, beat yogurt with a fork. Doba yoghurt to the onions and stir. 

Add meat and 2 green chilies in a pan and fry, stirring, another 5-7 minutes. 5. Gradually pour the water into the pan, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook ground beef and spices, another 1 hour, stirring, gradually adding more water if necessary. 6. When ready, remove the pan from the heat, and to shift the meat and spices on a plate. Serve with green chillies and fresh coriander
