Fried chicken in American 

Ingredients: 
1 chicken (about 1,5 kg) 
1 egg 
2 tbsp. l. milk 
75 g fresh white breadcrumbs 
40 g of shredded cheese on a grater 
flour with salt and pepper 
4 tbsp. butter 
4 tbsp. oil triangular toasts 
slices of lemon and parsley (if desired) for decoration 
Preparation: 
Remove the fat from chicken and cut it into 8 pieces. Wiped with a paper towel. Lightly beat egg with milk. 
In another container, mix crumbs with cheese, salt and pepper to taste. In a third bowl Sprinkle flour with salt and pepper. 
Zapaniruyte chicken in flour, egg and breadcrumbs (breading should be tightly 
fit). Refrigerate meat (1 hour). 
Preheat oven to 200 ° C in a heat-resistant form of melt butter and vegetable oil. Place the chicken pieces and pour their fat from the pan. Bake in oven on the upper level, turning twice, until crispy golden brown (30-35 min.). 
Serve hot with toast, slices of lemon and parsley. 

Tips: You can use chicken instead of 8 small or 4 large portions of thighs, legs or breasts, cut in half. But first need long marinade and bake.
