Beef, fried

For the recipe you need: 
- Beef fillet - 500g 
- Flour - 50g 
- Egg (protein) - 2 pcs. 

For the sauce: 
- Starch - 1 tbsp. l. 
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp. l. 
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l. 
- Garlic - 1 clove 
- Fat - 50g. 
 

Slice the meat across the grain straw, a little salt and let stand. Prepare the batter: beat the whites and, stirring, add flour. Stir well. 

Sliced tenderloin dip in batter and fry in deep fat until a golden crust. 

Prepare a separate pan sauce: Mix the vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic, starch, diluted in 50 g of cold water. 

In a heated frying pan with a small amount of fat Arrange slices of meat, pour their sauce, stir gently and after a minute or two remove from heat.
