Chicken in wine 

Ingredients: 
1 1/2-2 lbs chicken 
250 g onions sevok 
250 g mushrooms 
100 g bacon 
2 tbsp. l. melted butter 
250 g of dry red wine 
1 1 / 2 cup chicken broth 
1 tsp. potato starch 
3 tbsp. l. brandy 
Preparation: 
Carcase chicken cut into portions. Rub each piece with salt, pepper, zapaniruyte in flour. Fry in butter.
