MEAT JUDGING 

Products: 

per one serving: 
tenderloin of beef - 200 g; 
cooking fat - 10g; 
onions - 50g; 
margarine - 10g; 
Pickled cucumbers - 30g; 
tomatoes - 20g; 
canned mushrooms - 20g; 
mayonnaise - 50g; 
cheese - 20g; 
spices to taste 

Instructions: 

Tenderloin slightly discouraged, fry in cooking oil. At the roast out and put passerovanny onions, pickled cucumbers and fresh tomatoes, cut circles from above - canned mushrooms (sliced). Meat from the component is filled with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Baked in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Served with a garnish (fried or boiled potatoes, green peas, fresh herbs).
