Salad-cocktail "Shanghai"

Ingredients: 
400 g of pulp of boiled chicken 
120 g canned pineapple 
120 g pickled mushrooms 
1 / 2 cup mayonnaise 
4 Art. l. white wine 
1 tbsp. l. prepared mustard 
lettuce 
parsley 
Preparation: 
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with wine and mustard. 
In broad glasses or bowls Lay the lettuce leaves. 
Chicken pulp, pineapple and mushroom slice, spread by the glass or bowl, pour over the sauce. 
When submitting the form to a cocktail salad greens.
