Beef with onion and cucumber

Beef with onion and cucumber 


Preparation time: 25 min. Quenching: 75 min. In one portion: 560 kcal 
Products: 

For 4 servings: 
4 pieces of beef (for 180 g), 
salt, pepper, 
1 table spoon of mustard, 
and 1 table spoon of flour, ground red pepper and tomato paste, 
8 small pickled cucumbers 
and 2 table spoons of ghee and butter, 
8 slices bacon (20 g), 
500 ml beef broth 
300 g of carrots and onions. 
Instructions: 

Meat discourage, salt, pepper and spread with a thin layer of mustard. Cut cucumbers lengthwise slices. Put each piece in 2 slices of bacon and cucumber. Knead the meat and fix it. Sprinkle with flour. Fry the rolls in melted butter. Stir in broth, tomato paste, red pepper, and pour the meat. Cover and simmer 75 minutes. Carrots cut into slices. Onion Peel and cut each onion in half. 
Add both to the rolls for 25 minutes until cooked and put out. Remove meat. Uvaria sauce. Mix with butter and season. Serve rolls with vegetable sauce
