Omelet with onions in Spanish

Omelet with onions in Spanish 
 
Ingredients: 
2 tbsp. l. oil 
chopped green onion to taste 
8 eggs (beaten and spice) 
Preparation: 
Fry onions until golden brown. Pour the egg, rotating the pan, cover them fried onions. Stir the omelet toward the center of the mass is distributed evenly in the bottom of the pan. 
When the eggs are ready, stop stirring to get a good fry the bottom side of the omelet. Turn it on a plate and once again put into the pan to the other side is browned. Cut into portions and serve cold or hot.
