Beef stew in Arabic

For the recipe you need: 
- Onions - 140g 
- Tomato - 90g 
- Garlic - 15g 
- Salt and pepper - to taste 
- Beef - 650g 
- Tomato puree - 20g 
- Green - 20g 
- Citric acid - 4g 
- Fat - 40g. 
 
Meat is cut into large chunks, salt, pepper, marinate 1-2 hours with the addition of citric acid and finely chopped greens. Then fry the beginning without fat, and then shifted to the red-hot frying pan with oil. Grilled meat is placed in a saucepan, add passerovannye tomato and onion, sliced tomatoes, garlic, citric acid, salt, ground pepper, cover with a lid and stew at low heat until cooked. When serving, sprinkle with herbs. For garnish - stewed rice, seasoned with tomato and saffron and passerovannym onions, or deep-fried potatoes.
