Chicken salad with dressing kefir

Ingredients: 
2 cucumbers 
8 cherry tomatoes 
1 boiled chicken filet 
200 g rucola 
100 g black olives, pitted 
2 tbsp. l. pine nuts 
For the filling: 
200 ml fat yogurt 1% 
1 tsp. mustard 
salt and pepper to taste 
Preparation: 
Cucumbers, tomatoes and arugula wash, dry out. Cucumbers and olives cut into circles, cut tomatoes in half. Chicken fillet chopped straw. 
Mix in a salad bowl cucumber, tomatoes, chicken, arugula and olives. Salt and pepper to taste. 
Kefir whip whisk in mustard and season salad. Before serving, sprinkle with pine nuts.
