Beef with ginger 

Products: 

Products based on 4 servings: 

chicken broth 125 mL 
vegetable oil 3 st.l, 
1 slice ginger, 
carrot 300 g, 
2 bunches green onions, 
starch 2 teaspoon, 
soy sauce 4 - 5 st.l, 
fillet of beef 400 g, 
dry sherry 2 st.l, 
salt 
pepper 

Instructions

Meat with cold water, wet towel and cut into thin strips. Sprinkle with meat 3 tbsp. tablespoons soy sauce and leave for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the meat with starch and fingers to rub it into meat.
