Salad of nettles and nuts recipes

Nettle rinse, cook in boiling salted water, and recline on the screen. Pot loch kernels with salt, add the finely diced onion and fresh herbs (coriander better), all the mix, salt, pepper. 

150 g of nettle, 50 g walnuts, onion to taste, fresh herbs, salt, pepper.
