Braided cake with apples

Prepare puff pastry: flour, sour cream, and egg, salt until the weight begins to lag behind the hands, cover with towel and leave for 15-20 minutes. Roll in seam thickness of 0.5 cm at mid-daub at half rules oils, folded in half, put the remaining butter and fold again. Edges of dough and roll on it thinner, but so that oil is not broken crane. Roll seam chat likely to lie down and put on cold. Chilled dough again unrolls and lay down (and so three times, dough for 10 minutes). In the last roll the dough into a rectangle 1 cm thick

400 g flour 400 g butter, 1 egg, 0.5 cups of sour cream, 1 teaspoon salt. For the Filling: 10 apples, 2 tablespoons. Spoon crackers, 0.5 cup sugar, 2 eggs.
