Pudding apple

Apples cleared nattered grated, add sugar, cinnamon, egg yolks, crackers, raisins and mix. Carefully put whipped proteins. The resulting mass put into the form, lubricated and obey penny breadcrumbs, and bake in the oven. Served with fruit or berry juice. 


200 g apples, 100 g sugar 100 g raisins, 3 eggs, 200 g of milled crackers, 1 tablespoon. spoon butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
