Compote of plums

Plums are deleted in the boiling water and heat until the skin begins to patsya members. Then pass the fruit in cold water, remove skin, remove the pits. Delete the plums in sugar syrup, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, turn in kompotnitsu and cool. 

600 g plums 4 cups of water, 100 g of sugar.
