Cake of rye bread with jam

Bread to soak in cold water, overcome, put in dish, add the raw eggs, sugar, salt and mix. Pour the cranberry or Blackcurrant jam and re-mix (the taste should be sweet-sour). Butter to melt, pour into a form that is heated to 150 oC, and put a lot of baking in the oven for 45-50 minutes. The finished cake hot, sprinkle with sugar powder. 


200 g of rye bread, 3 eggs, 0.5 cups of sugar, salt, 0.5 cups cranberry or Blackcurrant jam, 4 st. tablespoons melted butter, 1 tablespoon. teaspoon of powdered sugar.
