Apple pie in Bulgarian

Flour sieve knob, make it better, put it in the sugar, egg, butter or margarine, vanillin, a pinch of baking soda and kneaded dough. Leave it for 15-20 minutes, then unroll and lined with a bottom and edges of the opposing lubricated. On top put stewed or raw apples, sprinkle with raisins, crushed almonds to taste and  in mind heated oven. Of the apple juice and gelatin make jelly, ready to empty it on apple pie, to congeal. 


175 g flour 75 g sugar, 75 g butter or margarine, 1 egg, vanillin, salt. For the filling: 7 kg of raw or stewed apples, raisins and crushed almonds to taste. For the jelly: 0.25 liters of apple juice, gelatin .
