Cake with cherries for protein foam

Margarine mix with flour, add sugar, egg yolks, sour cream and knead the dough. Roll it, put in greased fat form, finally lot fork, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the pitted cherries, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Then, cover the cherries with whipped sugar protein powder and then put the cake in the oven until the foam does not become golden hue.


300 g flour 150 g margarine, 2 egg yolks, 50 g sugar, 2-3 senior. spoon sour cream and crackers. For the filling: 500 g of cherries and sugar. For protein foams: 2 protein, 100 grams of powdered sugar.
