Salad of peas, apples and carrots recipe

Boiled peas mixed with peeled, cut apples into cubes and boiled carrots, salt and sour cream or mayonnaise to fill. Instead of dry peas, you can use canned peas. 

200 g of dry peas, 500 g carrots, 300 g apples, 250 g sour cream or mayonnaise.
