Salad of pears with apples recipe

Pears cleanse, cut in half, remove core, obvert in slightly sweetened water and cut into straws. Peeled rind and core apples and chop finely, mix with cream, and then - with the pears and sugar, pour juice of black currant. Top plate can be decorated with candied orange peel.

300 g pears, 200 g apples, 100 g of cream, 100 g sugar, 50 ml of black currant juice.
