Salad of celery with nut sauce

Paribas celery greens. Prepare the sauce: walnuts pound of garlic oil to obtain a homogeneous mass, add lacerative and well pulled slice of white bread, vinegar and sunflower oil. Green celery filled with sauce, salt and pepper to taste. 

100 g of green celery, 0.5 cup shelled walnuts, 5 - 6 dole garlic, 1 slice of white bread, according to 2 tablespoons. tablespoons of vinegar and sunflower oil, salt, pepper.
