Cake with apples and sweet

Butter or margarine grind with sugar and salt, gradually adding the egg yolks.  flour, quickly kneaded dough and put it on cold. After 15 minutes, unroll the dough, put on oiled butter and floury pan, at the top - "scales" of thin layer of eyes apple slices, sprinkle with sugar and bake in a well heated oven. When the cake  and apples are tender, transfer to pie plate and sprinkle with sugar powder. 


300 g flour 200 g butter or margarine, 3 egg yolks, 100 g of sugar, salt to taste, 5-6 apples, 0.5 cups of sugar for the apples, powdered sugar.
