The cream-gel of fruits and berries

Fruit juice, heat, dissolve sugar in it, add dissolved in a few spoons of hot water gelatin, stir and cool. Add whipped cream, mix, empty the form and put the cold for several hours. Before submitting the form for a few seconds in boiling water and omit topple jelly on a dish. 


1-cup fresh fruit juice, 150 g of sugar, 250 g of whipped cream, 2-3 teaspoons of gelatin.
