Lamb, stuffed vegetables

Products for Lamb, packed with vegetables: 200 g lamb, 100 grams of rice, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 carrot, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon flour, salt and pepper. 

To prepare the lamb, laced with vegetables, rice wash, soak for several hours, add oil and cook in microwave oven at full power for 6 - 7 minutes. Mutton is to cut into portions and pierced with carrots, parsley root and garlic. In dishes with rice Lay lamb and cook mutton with rice for about 10 minutes at full power. Separately connect the tomato paste with the flour, salt and pepper and lay out the tomato paste to the mutton with rice. Mutton cook for a further period of 3 - 5 minutes.
