Meat and beans

Ingredients: 
2 peppers 
500 g mincemeat 
1 stock cubes 
2 cans of beans (preferably red) 
salt pepper 
greens 
vegetable oil for frying 
Preparation: 
Pepper cut into cubes, fry in oil. Add minced meat and fry until half ready. 
Pour the water, sprinkle with crushed cube, bring to a boil. Add beans and simmer 10 minutes, salt and pepper to taste. 
Ready to decorate the dish with greens. 

Dish is better to cook in a cauldron.
