Bean SOUP WITH MEAT in Arabic

Ingredients : 
- Beef (brisket, shoulder, part of subscapularis) 450 g, 
- The seeds of red beans, 200 g 
- Onions 100 g 
- Melted butter 40 g, 
- Tomato puree 120 g 
- Garlic 15 g 
- Green 20 g, 
- Salt to taste. 
Preparation :
Meat cut large pieces, fry without oil, add water and cook until done. Then strain the broth, to fall asleep in it to go bust, rinsed but not soaked beans and cook until half ready. 
Then fill passerovannym tomato puree, finely chopped and spasserovannym onions in butter, add salt and cook until ready. 
When submitting a plate arrange 2 slices of meat, add crushed garlic and sprinkle with herbs.
